Shipping and Delivery

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.

Australia Post

All parcels under 22kg and/or shorter than 1 meter will be shipped using Australia Post.

Parcels larger than these sizes cannot be sent to a PO Box address.

Insurance is not included in postage costs.

Courier

All parcels above 22kg and/or longer than 1 meter will be sent using a courier company of our choice.

If you are unable to unload the goods at your end due to their size, please contact us for a quote for a tailgate truck fee.

We strongly advise all customers that they provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours. 

Despatch and Delivery Timeframe

We will despatch all items within 2-3 days of payment if the goods are instock.

As we have a bricks and mortar business and offer a large range, some goods may not be instock at the time of order. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for goods to be ordered and received from our suppliers. If any items are currently unavailable from the supplier we will contact you as soon as we are made aware.

Tracking details are forwarded via email upon despatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company to ascertain the approximate delivery date.

If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in you letter box. You will be able to make arrangements with the transport company to collect the goods. Belic Tools is not responsible for second deliveries and any associated fees for the redelivery. If the item was sent via Australia Post, the item will be available for collection from your local post office.

Belic Tools is in cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once goods have left our premises. Though most delivery delays are out of our control, we are more than happy to directly attend to any freight problems.

A signature is required for all deliveries. 

Instore Pick-Up

You are more than welcome to pick-up your order from either our Dandenong South store. Please contact us upon order to confirm availability of item and to make arrangements for collection.

Damaged Goods

For Dead On Arrival, damaged items or wrongly supplied items, customers must notify Belic Tools and Machinery within 3 days of receipt of goods.

The following information is required for us to identify the sale and process the claim.  Please retain original packaging for transportation purposes.
