SHIPPING
All goods under 22kg
in weight or 1m in length will be sent via Australia Post registered
post. If faster shipping is required, please
contact one of our stores via phone or email so that shipping rates can
be
provided.
All other orders
will
be sent via a freight company as nominated by Belic Tools and Machinery.
We do also
welcome
pick-up by customers or their own freight company, however
responsibility or
organising pick-up will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Combined Freight Discounts
When ordering
goods
online, the cost of freight will be available immediately from the
online
freight calculator on the majority of product. For product
which does not show a shipping charge, please contact us for
a quote. This will generally apply to products which will be delivered
via a
courier company.
For items which
come
to a combined total of less than 22kg or less than 1m in length, a
discount of
75% will be applied to the freight of each additional item.
No combined
freight
discount is available on items which exceed the Australia Post
dimensions.
Freight Insurance
Customers can
elect
to pay a nominal fee for freight insurance. Insurance is an
additional 1.2% on the purchase price (not including
shipping).
If insurance is not purchased, Belic Tools and Machinery is in no way liable for damage that may occur during transit.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with an item we will accept returns within seven days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and be unused and returned at the buyer's expense. If it is an item which has been ordered in as a special order, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Please ensure you include your invoice number as well as your
contact details. Refund will be made upon receipt of the item for the
original purchase price excluding freight.
